       The CSS (Central Superior Services)

 

 

The Pakistani Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) administers the CSS (Central Superior Services) exam, which is extremely difficult. Exam Format:

 There are three stages to the CSS exam. There are 12 papers in the written test, which is the first phase. These essays cover a wide variety of topics, including English, Pakistani Affairs, Islamic Studies, Current Events, and numerous electives. The written test typically takes place every year in February. 

A medical examination is performed as the second stage of the test to make sure the applicant is physically capable of performing the job.

A panel of specialists conducts the interview, which is the third and last stage. In May or June, the interview typically takes place. the candidate's personality, communication abilities, and general knowledge are evaluated by the interview panel.

Selection Process

The CSS exam selection process is extremely rigorous. Based on their performance in the written exam, medical exam, and interview, the candidates are chosen. Based on the candidate's overall performance, the final merit list is created.
